Erica Davis
Erica founded The TCC Firm with a clear vision: to offer a partnership-driven approach backed by nearly two decades of direct compliance and property management experience. Before founding TCC, she held leadership roles where she developed sound compliance policies and procedures and earned multiple housing compliance certifications. Her expertise ensures that TCC’s clients benefit from both practical know-how and a deep understanding of industry standards.
At TCC, we do more than offer advice. We deliver a comprehensive suite of services that includes LIHTC and HUD file audits, EIV system management, fair housing plans, HOTMA implementation, tailored staff training, and both on-site and virtual compliance support.
